塔河油田水平井三层暂堵酸压工艺设计

Research of Acid Fracturing with Multistage Temporary Plugging Technology in Tahe Oilfield Horizontal Wells

摘要: 针对塔河油田碳酸盐岩储层非均质性强,机械式封隔改造难度大、效率低,导致裸眼水平井笼统酸压过程中酸液的利用效率较低、储层改造波及范围难以控制等问题。暂堵酸压是一种有效解决该问题的工艺方法。文章通过室内实验,筛选出适合塔河油田酸压施工时发挥复合暂堵作用的纤维和暂堵颗粒。在研究测试了不同量纤维和不同量暂堵颗粒组合下承压能力的基础上,结合塔河油田地质特征,提出了转向酸预暂堵、暂堵颗粒和纤维架桥形成主暂堵层、高浓度纤维填封堵缝口的三层暂堵技术,可实现复合暂堵承压能力 9~10MPa。该类暂堵材料在施工后可实现完全降解,对储层无伤害。现场应用表明,三层暂堵技术封堵效果明显,酸压改造增产效果显著。

Abstract:

Because of the strong heterogeneity, difficult and inefficient of mechanical packer transformation in Tahe oilfield carbonate reservoir, the utilization efficiency of acid during general acid fracturing of open hole horizontal wells is low, and it is difficult to control the speed range of reservoir reconstruction. Temporary plugging acid fracturing is an effective method to solve this problem. In this paper, fiber and temporary plugging particles are selected for multistage acid fracturing in Tahe oilfield horizontal wells through experiments. On the basis of studying and testing the bearing capacity under the combination of different amount of fiber and different amount of temporary plugging particles, combining with the geological characteristics of Tahe Oilfield, the three-layered temporary plugging technology of shifting acid pre-temporary plugging, temporary plugging particles and fiber bridging to form the main temporary plugging layer with high concentration of fiber filling and sealing the crack is put forward, which can realize the composite temporary plugging bearing capacity of 9~10MPa. This kind of temporary plugging material can be completely degraded after construction and does not harm to the reservoir. Oilfield application shows that the multi-stage temporary plugging technology and staged acidizing fracturing are success, and production has been remarkable increased .
